Keeping consistent with a supplement routine isn’t about willpower – it’s about design. The most successful routines fit seamlessly into your day-to-day with minimal effort.

Commit to the Full 12 Weeks

Clinical trials rarely evaluate supplements at two or four weeks – that window is simply too brief to capture meaningful change. Most research measures outcomes at 12 weeks, allowing nutrients time to accumulate, systems to recalibrate and effects to stabilise.

Apply the same logic to your own routine. Rather than checking in daily, commit to a defined three-month period and assess holistically at the end. Consistency over time tells a far more accurate story than constant self-monitoring.

Allow Consistency to Compound
